Accounts where KYC requirements remain outstanding may have withdrawal requests suspended pending completion of the verification process.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, licence, or ownership interest in any i999 intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of i999. Unauthorised use of i999 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
i999's aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of all claims arising from use of the Platform in any twelve-month period, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the same period.

i999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage access, or any other conduct that i999 considers detrimental to the Platform or its users. During any suspension period, access to funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting i999 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of any Bonus Funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification and a minimum cooling-off period.
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. i999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the cashier section. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
